The people who see
your work, raise your bar.
Protocol Rooms™ is a source-complete private-beta preview: 3–5 trusted people, one weekly covenant, and sharing only when each person chooses it. No cohort is active yet.
Source complete · activation pending · waitlist only · no availability or paid-plan entitlement is promised.
How the private beta is designed
A proposed three-step ritual, subject to cohort learning.
Choose a small covenant
The planned beta starts with 3–5 people and one shared weekly promise. No public profile and no automatic access to private health data.
Consent to each proof
Each person chooses whether to share a check-in or a small proof snippet. Silence stays quiet; nothing auto-posts from a private protocol.
Reflect without ranking
The week closes with one group reflection and a gentle recommitment. The planned first beta has no leaderboard, public feed, or shame mechanics.
Designed for accountable care.
No vanity metrics. No social theater. Rooms are designed to surface real effort and reward the people who actually show up.
Private by construction
Only invited members enter, and every shared field has an explicit consent boundary.
One weekly covenant
A small promise keeps the room legible and humane instead of turning it into another content stream.
Quiet absence
Missing a week never exposes a person, breaks a public streak, or creates a punishment loop.
Shared reflection
Members close the week by naming what helped and what should change, without comparison scores.
Optional witnessed moments
A member may choose to share a milestone moment; Legacy Vault contents remain private by default.
3–5 people only
Rooms stay intentionally small enough for care, revocation, moderation, and meaningful consent.
Solo discipline is powerful.
Shared standards are unbeatable.
A small group can make a weekly promise easier to remember without turning private health work into performance. Protocol Rooms™ is designed around consent, quiet absence, and reflection—not shame or automatic exposure.
Help shape the first Room.
Join the private-beta access list. We will invite a small cohort only after privacy and moderation gates pass.
No credit card required. Joining the waitlist does not create a Room or promise a paid-plan entitlement.
